Position: Website Developer

Job Purpose
To design, develop, maintain, and optimize the company's website and web-based
applications, ensuring a seamless user experience, high performance, security, and
alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Development & Maintenance
Design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications.
Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and compatible across devices and
browsers.
Perform regular website updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.
2. Front-End Development
Develop website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces using HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, and related technologies.
Ensure websites meet UI/UX best practices.
Optimize website speed and performance.
3. Back-End Development
Develop and manage server-side functionality and databases.
Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and business applications.
Maintain website security, backups, and data integrity.
4. E-Commerce & CMS Management
Manage and maintain CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or other
web platforms.
Support product uploads, content updates, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure smooth functioning of payment gateways and order management systems.
5. SEO & Performance Optimization
Implement technical SEO best practices.
Optimize website loading speed and mobile responsiveness.
Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.
6. Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct testing before deployment to ensure functionality and performance.
Identify and resolve website errors and compatibility issues.
Maintain documentation of website changes and updates.
7. Security & Compliance
Implement website security measures and regular backups.
Monitor vulnerabilities and apply security updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web
Development, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in website development and maintenance.
Experience with CMS platforms, e-commerce websites, and web hosting
environments.
Technical Skills
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
PHP, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies
WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or other CMS platforms
MySQL, SQL, or other database management systems
API Integration
Git/GitHub Version Control
Website Security & Performance Optimization
Google Analytics and SEO fundamentals
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
