Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Social Media Expert with 2+ years of experience to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and increasing brand visibility while working closely with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and basic campaign content.
- Support in developing social media strategies and content calendars.
- Monitor daily social media activity and engage with followers (comments/messages).
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and captions.
- Track basic performance metrics like engagement, reach, and growth.
- Assist in running and monitoring paid social media campaigns (if required).
- Maintain consistency in brand tone and visual identity across platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media handling or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and social media trends.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools (preferred).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic video editing skills for reels/short videos.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Interest in digital marketing and content creation.
