Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate with department heads, clients, and external parties on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, presentations, and documents as required.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and company documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks, projects, and important deadlines.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure smooth coordination.
- Assist in office administration and operational activities when required.
- Handle guest relations and hospitality for official visitors.
- Perform other duties assigned by the MD from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Flexible and willing to travel if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
