- Prepare and submit ACE manifests for U.S.-bound shipments.
- Prepare and transmit ACI eManifests for Canada-bound shipments.
- Ensure timely and accurate customs filings in compliance with CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) and CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) regulations.
- Verify shipment details, commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation before submission.
- Track and Trace of on-board loads
- Monitor customs status and resolve rejected or held manifests promptly.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, brokers, terminals, and customers to ensure smooth cross-border movement.
- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot ACE/ACI filing issues and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Keep accurate records of customs filings and shipment documentation.
- Support cross-border logistics operations by ensuring all customs requirements are met before border crossing.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
