Position Summary
Level: Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:

Support visit planning and preparation: help translate visit objectives into agendas, session flow, and stakeholder-specific prep.

Develop high-quality visit materials: draft and refine agendas, briefing notes, speaker prep packs, attendee lists, and post-visit action summaries.

Maintain strong stakeholder communications: provide clear updates to internal teams and respond promptly to requests with a client-service mindset.

Drive detail management and logistics readiness: track meeting details, room/virtual logistics, timing, speaker readiness, and materials distribution to ensure smooth execution.

Ensure executive-ready quality: proofread, format, and quality-check all deliverables; confirm alignment across messages, speakers, and content.

Handle ambiguity with initiative: anticipate needs, surface risks early, and take ownership of tasks without waiting for direction.

Support live visit execution: assist with day-of coordination, note-taking, timekeeping, issue triage, and follow-ups.
The team:
The U.S. Consulting Sales Excellence (SE) team is dedicated to the success of the firm’s sales efforts as they are defined by Deloitte Consulting leadership. The team supports sales success by driving continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.
The U.S. Consulting USI Client Experience team supports sales through two channels:

Commitment to bring the best resources and capabilities to client visits, and
-
Applying lessons learned to enhance learning and development of client service staff.
The client experience team is responsible to put a memorable client experience together during their visits to the Deloitte offices. Client experience is the Client’s holistic perception of their experience with Deloitte. This helps in making a brand impression of our firm. The team works with client service account teams to refine the Client visit strategy, establish, and execute an organized Client visit plan, and deliver a high quality and innovative Client visit experience. Value is delivered through challenging and improving the Client visit process to free the client service team to focus on the client problem and our solution. To extend services more broadly across Consulting, the Sales Excellence team established a virtual sales support organization, called the USI Client Experience in USI. This role is aligned to the USI Client Experience team.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

3-5 years of experience
