Job Title: Sales Representative (Punjabi Speaking) - BPO
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, communicating with customers, following up on leads, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and explain company products/services
- Generate new sales opportunities
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Punjabi language proficiency (speaking and understanding) is required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (adjust as needed)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Note: Applicants must be able to communicate fluently in Punjabi, as the role involves interacting with Punjabi-speaking customers
Should be comfortable in night shift
Timings - 10pm to 7am IST
