We're Hiring – Fashion Designer

We're looking for a smart, proactive, and fast-working Fashion Designer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and turn ideas into designs quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and collections for women's ethnic wear.
- Create sketches, tech packs, and design specifications.
- Coordinate closely with sampling and production teams.
- Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor research.
- Handle multiple design projects with quick turnaround times.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design.
- Relevant experience in women's wear/ethnic wear preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
