Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and student-focused Student Counsellor to join our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate will provide professional guidance to students seeking overseas education opportunities and assist them throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and successful student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and countries.
- Guide students through admissions, application procedures, documentation, scholarships, and visa requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams to ensure timely application submission.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and admissions using CRM or internal systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Participate in educational seminars, webinars, school visits, and promotional events.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and immigration policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counselling, admissions, sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong counselling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM systems).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
