Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated RF Design & Testing Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in RF/Microwave engineering, electronics, and testing methodologies. This role involves RF circuit design, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and supporting product development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test RF and microwave circuits, modules, and systems.
- Perform RF measurements using test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters.
- Conduct product validation, characterization, and performance testing.
- Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
- Troubleshoot RF circuits, components, and communication systems.
- Support prototype development, integration, and production testing activities.
- Assist in PCB bring-up, debugging, and design verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain test documentation and engineering records.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in RF Design, RF Testing, Wireless Communication, or Electronics Testing.
- Freshers with RF project/internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of RF and Microwave Engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of wireless communication systems and RF components.
- Hands-on exposure to RF test instruments such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, and Oscilloscope.
- Understanding of impedance matching, antennas, filters, amplifiers, and RF measurements.
- Ability to analyze technical data and troubleshoot issues.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
