Job Summary
The F&B Steward will be responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service standards within the café.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and provide product recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests professionally and courteously.
- Follow all hygiene and service standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality establishments preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
