Job Summary:
The Helper will support daily operations related to vegetable handling, packing, loading, and general assistance in maintaining smooth workflow. This role requires physical stamina, basic discipline, and willingness to assist wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sorting, cleaning, and grading fresh vegetables
Support packing and labeling of products
Load and unload goods from vehicles
Help in maintaining cleanliness of the work area
Assist supervisors and other staff in daily tasks
Follow hygiene and safety standards
Handle basic tools and equipment as instructed
Requirements:
Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred but not mandatory)
Physically fit and able to lift goods
Willing to work in a team
Basic understanding of instructions
Prior experience in warehouse/farm work is a plus
Skills:
Hardworking and punctual
Teamwork ability
Basic communication skills
Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Working Conditions:
May involve outdoor or warehouse work
Standing for long hours
Handling fresh produce
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹ 12000 to 15000/month (depending on experience & location)
Overtime (if applicable)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
