Location: Project Site (Transferable Across India)

Job Summary
The Site Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising and executing day-to-day construction activities related to Highway, Road, Drain, Earthwork, FDR (Full Depth Reclamation), GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, Culverts, and allied civil works. The incumbent shall ensure that all work is executed safely, as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities at the assigned work location.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor labour, operators, subcontractors, and machinery deployed at site.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Coordinate with engineers for smooth execution of work.
2. Highway & Civil Works
The candidate should have practical experience in one or more of the following:
- Highway Construction
- Earthwork & Embankment
- Subgrade Preparation
- GSB (Granular Sub Base)
- WMM (Wet Mix Macadam)
- DBM & Bituminous Works
- BC (Bituminous Concrete)
- FDR (Full Depth Reclamation)
- Cement Stabilization
- Drain Construction (RCC, Brick & Lined Drains)
- Cross Drainage Structures
- Culverts
- Shoulder Works
- Slope Protection
- Road Furniture & Finishing Works
3. Planning & Daily Work Execution
- Collect the next day's work plan from the Site Engineer every evening.
- Ensure manpower, machinery, and materials are ready before commencement of work.
- Allocate work to labour, operators, and subcontractors every morning.
- Monitor daily productivity and work progress.
- Report delays, equipment breakdowns, and manpower shortages immediately.
4. Quality Control
- Ensure work is executed as per project specifications and approved methodology.
- Check line, level, dimensions, and workmanship.
- Report quality issues immediately.
- Coordinate with QA/QC engineers during inspections.
5. Safety
- Ensure all workers follow safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks whenever required.
- Ensure PPE is used by all personnel.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
6. Material & Machinery
- Monitor material consumption.
- Prevent wastage and misuse of materials.
- Coordinate availability of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain records of deployed equipment.
7. Reporting
- Submit Daily Progress Reports.
- Maintain Daily Labour Reports.
- Maintain Machinery Deployment Reports.
- Record material received and consumed.
- Submit Daily Planned vs. Actual Work Reports.
- Coordinate through Email, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and WhatsApp (Official).
8. Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Survey Team, QA/QC, Plant Team, and Head Office.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Attend daily progress meetings whenever required.
Authority & Responsibility
The Site Supervisor shall:
- Supervise assigned work independently.
- Ensure work quality and productivity.
- Maintain discipline among labour and subcontractors.
- Immediately report any deviation affecting project progress.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery.
Code of Conduct
The Site Supervisor shall:
- Maintain discipline and professionalism at all times.
- Be fair and impartial while dealing with labour and subcontractors.
- Not tolerate negligence, absenteeism, or unsafe work practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Follow company policies and instructions without deviation.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Highway, Road, Drain, Earthwork, FDR, and Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience in NHAI, State Highway, EPC, or Road Construction Projects will be preferred.

Additional Requirements
- Willing to relocate to any project site across India.

Salary
Salary will be offered based on the candidate's last drawn salary, relevant experience, and interview performance.
