What would you do? Primary responsibility is deployment of New Hire Process / Domain training, designing/customizing F&A training content per requirement and work in collaboration with Delivery and Mobilization for customized interventions and knowledge management. Secondary responsibility is supervision, coaching, reporting and leadership, In addition, this position establishes and manages relationships for New Hire integration into the Accenture style of working and Project requirements. This position also promotes a team-oriented environment through people development, strong leadership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support. Deliver high-quality training to audiences using a variety of media types. Provide course and learner feedback to key stakeholders. The objective of this position is to positively influence and manage domain trainings – at beginner, intermediate and advance level. This includes knowledge management actions, Training need analysis, Training design and development, Training delivery, Training evaluation and reporting. • Trainer • Coach • Recruiter • Assessor • Team Management • Instructional designer for training content / New Hire curriculum • Transition Support • People Manager • Strategic Thinking and Knowledge Management set up
What are we looking for? Conduct domain, process, and systems training for new hires and existing employees (ILT/Virtual ILT) Identify training needs and design/deliver F&A curriculum and learning solutions Lead cross-training, refresher sessions, and Excel/process-focused trainings Assess organizational training requirements in collaboration with stakeholders Develop training content, modules, and assessments Stay updated on skill requirements and share insights with leadership Partner with Capability Development Manager to plan and deliver training initiatives Manage training logistics, venues, and resources for effective delivery Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory training standards Monitor, measure, and report training effectiveness and outcomes Maintain training materials, tools, and infrastructure Drive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs Engage with external vendors and attend learning forums to enhance capabilities Continuously upskill and stay current in the domain
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
