Job Description – Creative Producer | Assistant Producer | Cinematographer & Post-Production Specialist
A highly versatile media professional with experience in creative production, broadcast journalism, documentary filmmaking, and post-production. Skilled in managing the complete content production lifecycle—from concept development and pre-production planning to filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, script coordination, production planning, execution, and post-production.
- Coordinate with directors, producers, clients, and creative teams to deliver high-quality visual content within deadlines.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, crew logistics, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.
- Oversee cinematography, lighting, camera operations, and on-location shoot coordination.
- Edit broadcast and digital content, including documentaries, branded films, and promotional videos using professional post-production workflows.
- Handle footage management, media organization, audio synchronization, color correction, and final output for broadcast and streaming platforms.
- Design and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Conduct research and assist in editorial decision-making for documentaries and news productions.
- Ensure quality control and technical compliance for television, digital, and OTT platform deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and maintain creative excellence.
