Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and honest Sales Executive to join our team. You will guide prospective buyers through their investment journey , building relationships, and closing deals in a way that reflects our company's values of transparency, loyalty, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert prospects into buyers for approved real estate projects
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and consistent follow-ups
- Understand buyer needs and recommend genuinely suitable projects
- Close deals professionally, ensuring customers are fully informed at every stage
- Maintain complete honesty with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and project details
- Report pipeline and progress transparently to the internal team
- Uphold company values in every interaction -> with customers and colleagues alike
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in plotted developments
- Proven track record of closing deals end-to-end
- Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
- Familiarity with RERA regulations is an advantage
- Honest, loyal, and accountable -> someone the company and customers can both rely on
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Performance-Based Commission on deal closures
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
