We are seeking an experienced and proactive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Manager to oversee the planning, execution, coordination, and maintenance of all MEP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of MEP activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in schools, hospitals, universities, commercial buildings, or large campuses.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, DG Sets, STP, WTP, and Building Maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, statutory compliance, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance documentation.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in managing MEP operations for educational institutions will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle emergencies and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong vendor management and team supervision skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
