Looks Academy is the professional training division of Looks Salon, offering industry-focused courses in Hair, Beauty, Makeup, Nail Art, and other beauty and wellness programs. We are committed to developing skilled professionals through quality education, practical training, and expert mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in interactions.
- Counsel students and parents regarding available Hair & Beauty courses based on their career goals.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, batch schedules, certifications, and placement assistance.
- Address enquiries promptly and provide accurate information to help students make informed decisions.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Guide students through the complete admission and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and student interactions in the CRM or admission system.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and finance teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, promotional events, and academy activities to generate leads.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, training, or education industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Confidence in handling telephonic and face-to-face interactions.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Number of enquiries handled.
- Follow-up conversion rate.
- Monthly admissions achieved.
- Revenue generated through admissions.
- Student satisfaction and response time.
- Accuracy of admission records and CRM updates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
