Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and job fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the ATS regularly.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment process and sourcing methodologies.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Comfortable working in the US Shift.
