Job Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Handle inbound inquiries received from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, production capacity, and application.
- Qualify leads and update customer information in the CRM.
Machinery Sales
- Explain the features and benefits of industrial vegetable cutting machines and food processing machinery.
- Recommend suitable machinery based on customer requirements.
- Generate interest and schedule online or factory demonstrations.
- Follow up regularly until the inquiry is converted into an order.
- Assist customers in understanding machine specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Customer Follow-up
- Follow up on quotations and pending inquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team for technical discussions.
- Contact existing customers for repeat business and new machinery requirements.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Customer Support
- Receive customer calls related to machinery installation, service, spare parts, and technical support.
- Coordinate with the service department for complaint resolution.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Record all calls, follow-ups, quotations, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily call reports and weekly sales updates.
- Track inquiry status from lead generation to order completion.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling B2B customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn technical information about industrial machinery.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or Engineering candidates are welcome.
- MBA (Marketing) candidates preferred.
Experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, B2B sales, machinery sales, or industrial sales is preferred.
- Experience in food processing machinery, packaging machinery, kitchen equipment, or industrial machinery will be an advantage.
