Job Description:
Urvy Engineers and Infrastructures is looking for a dynamic and presentable Pre-Sales / Business Analyst professional for handling upcoming construction and infrastructure business opportunities across North India. Preference will be given to female candidates having experience in Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Building Materials, Infrastructure, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying upcoming construction, infrastructure, industrial, and real estate projects
- Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and project owners
- Client communication and follow-ups for project requirements
- Calling and coordination with potential clients using company-provided verified project data
- Preparing project data, reports, presentations, and business updates
- Supporting sales and management teams with pre-sales activities
- Market survey and competitor analysis across assigned territories
- Travelling for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities
- Coordination with backend, design, estimation, and execution teams
- Maintaining project pipeline and CRM records

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Male/Female candidates preferred
- Experience in Construction, Real Estate, PEB, EPC, Steel Structures, Building Materials, or Infrastructure industry
- Good communication and client handling skills

- Comfortable with travelling and field meetings
- Knowledge of MS Excel, presentations, and reporting
- Ability to handle both office coordination and field responsibilities
