About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and vendor/customer reconciliations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial management practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounting entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Maintain General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely tax payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Payroll & Vendor Management
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Manage vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and payment collections.
Audit & Documentation
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Ensure all financial records are organized and audit-ready.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,891.21 per month
