Key Responsibilities
- Assist operators and supervisors in production activities.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods.
- Support assembly, packing, labeling, and sorting processes.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Assist in inventory counting and material handling.
- Follow safety guidelines and use PPE as required.
- Report any machine, material, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Support dispatch and packaging activities when required.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform physical work and lift materials.
- Teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
Qualification
- 8th Pass / 10th Pass / 12th Pass
- ITI candidates can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
