What You'll Do
- Conduct backend technical interviews with software developers using a structured, bias-
free platform
- Assess candidates' coding skills, system design thinking, technical knowledge,
communication, and problem-solving approach
- Provide clear, objective written feedback on each candidate's performance
- Help refine interview content and processes over time
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of professional backend development experience (strict
requirement — applications below 5 years will not be considered)
- Strong hands-on backend coding experience in one or more of: Java, Python
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOP, databases, and API/system
design
- Immediate availability to join — candidates with notice periods will be deprioritized
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal, with a professional, candidate-
friendly manner
- A reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection
- Prior experience conducting technical interviews is a plus
- 100% remote — work from anywhere
