Job title :Senior Quality Engineer
Location: Kuha, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience : 4 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, ASTM, API & AWS standards
- Review and approve WPS/PQR and monitor welding processes
- Perform and validate NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT) activities
- Conduct stage-wise inspections from raw materials to final testing
- Prepare and maintain ITP, QAP & quality documentation
- Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA
- Coordinate with clients, vendors & third-party inspection agencies
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy
- Strong knowledge of welding, NDT & fabrication drawings (GAD, P&ID)
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools and quality processes
- Mandatory Certification: ASNT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
