Position: AC Technician
Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Location: Gokulam Grand Turtle on the Beach.
Key Responsibilities
+Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation equipment.
+Conduct routine preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
+Attend guest complaints related to AC and cooling systems promptly.
+Monitor temperature and cooling efficiency in guest rooms and public areas.
+Identify technical faults and carry out troubleshooting.
+Ensure proper handling of tools, gas charging, and electrical safety standards.
+Maintain daily maintenance logs and service records.
+Coordinate with Engineering team during breakdowns and emergencies.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant field.
Minimum 1–2 years experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency maintenance.
