Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Delhi NCR (East, West, North, South & Central Delhi)
They must understand our company, services and business model before appearing for the interview.
We currently have 2 Business Segments:
Merchant Onboarding (LED Advertising)
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard merchants from cafés, salons, clinics, gyms, retail stores, and other commercial establishments.
- Conduct daily field visits and explain the company's digital advertising solutions.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily onboarding targets and update CRM/reporting systems regularly.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.
Daily Targets
- Minimum 20 merchant visits per day.
- Minimum 1 merchant onboarding per day.
- Preferred target: 2 merchant onboardings per day.
Mobility Advertisement Partner Onboarding
Onboarding Cab Drivers and E-Rickshaw Partners into our advertising network for vehicle branding campaigns.
Vendor Screening Requirement
Requirements
- Comfortable with field sales and target-driven work.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned zones in Delhi NCR.
- Daily reporting and market discipline are mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
