Eligibility:
MBA in HR (Preferred)
Experience: 4+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Payroll Management
✔ PF, ESI, LWF & Statutory Compliance
✔ POSH Compliance & Awareness
✔ Employee Grievance Handling
✔ End-to-End Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding to Offboarding)
✔ HRMS Handling (Any HRMS Tool)
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of HR Operations
* Excellent communication & coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple HR processes independently
Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
