- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with internal departments for efficient service
- Address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software
- Ideally Syscon Software
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
