Key Requirements:
1. B2B SaaS outbound sales experience
2. Technical/SaaS sales background with a good understanding of APIs and integrations
3. Exposure to the US/North America market
4. Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US timingsExperience in cold outreach and lead qualification
5. Strong communication skills
6. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools
Rejection Criteria:
1. Inbound-only experience
2. APAC/Middle East-only market exposure
3. Call center background
4. Weak communication skills
5. No prospecting experience
6. Lack of technical understanding of APIs/integrations
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of BANT/MEDDIC frameworks
2. Experience with multi-channel outreach
3. Familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce and email sequencing tools
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
