Role Overview:
We're looking for a senior, highly experienced architect who can own end-to-end responsibility from pre-sales through delivery — spanning wireline, wireless, access, core, transport, IP/MPLS, VNFs, and high-performance data plane technologies (DPDK). This person will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, a solution partner to Sales, and a technical guide to delivery teams, ensuring successful PoCs and production-grade deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and pre-sales engagement (RFP/RFI, SoWs, proposals)
- Design end-to-end telecom solutions across access, transport, core, and data plane; guide PoCs to production readiness
- Act as technical owner during delivery — detailed design, implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and cross-domain escalations
- Handle delivery programs across Tier-1 customers with teams of 300+ HC
- Mentor architects/engineers and drive technical standards
What We're Looking For:
- 20+ years in telecom or large-scale networking systems, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS, Segment Routing, EVPN/VXLAN
- Experience across wireline, wireless (LTE/5G), access, transport, and core domains
- Hands-on with DPDK, SR-IOV, NUMA, VNFs/CNFs, Kubernetes for telecom workloads
- Proven pre-sales + delivery ownership, with strong customer and executive communication skills
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
