Key Responsibilities
- Content creation: Develop engaging posts, graphics, and videos tailored to each platform.
- Campaign management: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
- Community engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships with followers.
- Trend monitoring: Track hashtags, viral topics, and competitor activity to keep content relevant.
- Analytics tracking: Use tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite to measure KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR).
- Collaboration: Work with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn campaigns,trends.
- Creativity in storytelling and visual design.
- Analytical mindset with experience in social media KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati for local engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
