ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled and data-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for improving our website's search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and executing effective SEO strategies. If you have a strong understanding of search algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization, we'd love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, and descriptions for target keywords
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and page speed problems
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports for management
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proficiency in SEO tools — Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with local SEO and Google My Business
- Knowledge of paid search (Google Ads / PPC)
- Familiarity with social media marketing
- Content writing or blogging experience
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and schema markup
