Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and respond to inbound enquiries generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins and referrals.
- Qualify leads, understand requirements and budgets, and match buyers with suitable project offerings.
- Explain project details, pricing, configurations, amenities and payment plans to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site and sample-flat visits, and hand over qualified leads to the closing sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls and follow-ups in the CRM, and share regular call and pipeline MIS with management.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through tele-calling, digital leads, referrals and channel partners.
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and keep prospects engaged through the decision journey.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead-generation activities to improve qualified footfall.
- Stay updated on competing projects, pricing and market trends in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, Kharadi and surrounding areas.
- Uphold RERA-compliant and ethical sales practices in all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential real estate.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM software for lead management, data entry and follow-up tracking.
- Working knowledge of the home-buying journey, home-loan basics and RERA / registration documentation is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word) for pipeline tracking and reporting.
Skills & Competencies
- Impressive verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Strong tele-calling, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly over the phone.
- Persuasive negotiation ability, balanced with a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, comfortable working to call and conversion targets.
- Well-organised, with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Disciplined in maintaining clean, up-to-date CRM data.
