The CCTV Monitoring and Back Office Representative is responsible for monitoring CCTV footage, identifying and reporting unusual activities, maintaining surveillance records, and supporting back office administrative tasks. The role requires strong observation skills, basic computer knowledge, proper documentation, confidentiality, and professional communication.
Required Skills
Good observation and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic reporting.
Basic understanding of CCTV systems and camera monitoring.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Quick response during incidents or emergencies.
Good coordination and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
