Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Develop engaging daily lesson plans tailored to curriculum standards.
- Instruction: Teach grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and composition. Guide students in reading, analyzing, and comprehending literature.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, essays, and exams, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language proficiency.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree may be required for higher-level or post-secondary education.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, patience, and adaptability to different learning styles
