About Role:
We are looking for an Academic Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support our academic operations. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with students. This role involves coordinating class schedules, exams, and study materials, maintaining student documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between faculty, students, and management. The Academic Coordinator will play a key role in creating a structured and supportive learning environment. Prior teaching experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with faculty and the Branch Head to ensure smooth conduct of classes as per schedules.
● Plan, prepare, and publish class timetables, exam schedules, and result dashboards.
● Communicate deadlines for coursework, internal assessments, and report submissions to students.
● Ensure timely availability of study materials and academic resources.
● Actively engage with students and staff, addressing concerns and providing support.
● Monitor classroom activities and maintain academic discipline.
● Oversee and verify student documentation, reports, and assessment records.
● Support faculty in managing assessments, evaluations, and moderation processes.
● Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic standards.
● Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and student support activities.
Knowledge/Skills & Abilities required:
- Minimum 6 months teaching experience.
- Previous experience or knowledge of working with students for whom English is not their first language
- Impeccable verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Would be comfortable in wearing saree

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
