# Job Description – Service Engineer
**Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh
**Position:** Service Engineer (Field Service)
**CTC:** ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
# Key Responsibilities
* Visit customer sites to inspect, diagnose, and repair bus body-related issues.
* Travel to customer locations wherever commercial vehicles/buses require service within the assigned region.
* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of bus bodies and related fittings.
* Troubleshoot technical issues through video calls, phone support, and on-site inspections.
* Provide prompt after-sales service and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
* Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintain service records.
* Follow company safety standards and service procedures during field visits.
# Required Skills
* Knowledge of commercial vehicle and bus body maintenance.
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, structural, and body-related issues.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Comfortable providing technical support over video calls and telephone.
* Willingness to travel extensively for field service assignments.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office for preparing service reports.
# Eligibility
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or a related engineering discipline.
* 2–4 years of experience in commercial vehicle, bus body, automobile, or field service engineering.
**Work Location:** Indore (Field-based role with travel across the assigned service region.)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
