Job Summary:
The Counsellor is responsible for guiding and supporting students/clients in making informed decisions about education, career, or personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling to students regarding courses, careers, and admissions
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs or options
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, or online platforms
- Maintain records of counselling sessions and follow-ups
- Achieve admission/enrolment targets (if applicable)
- Build trust and maintain strong communication with students/parents
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of courses and career options
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Confidence in handling queries and guiding decisions
Experience:
- Freshers or 1–3 years experience in counselling/sales/education sector

Pay: ₹15,611.12 - ₹32,526.09 per month
