We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid marketing campaigns, generate high-quality leads, optimize customer acquisition costs, and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation, sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign planning.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Run A/B tests to identify high-performing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Sales, Content, Design, and Nutrition teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Track the complete marketing funnel from ad impression → lead → sales call → conversion → revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets efficiently.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions quickly.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns to improve conversions.
- Work with CRM and tracking systems to ensure accurate lead attribution.
- Set up and monitor tracking through tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, targeting options, and performance marketing trends.
- Continuously experiment with new growth strategies, channels, creatives, and acquisition methods.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Basic understanding of landing-page and creative optimization.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Experience in healthcare, nutrition, fitness, wellness, D2C, or coaching businesses will be an advantage.
- Candidates with proven experience in generating leads and improving ROAS will be preferred.
