Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Deputy Manager – Pre-Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales lifecycle by engaging with customers, understanding business requirements, designing technical solutions, and driving successful deal closures. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Development, Service Delivery, and IT teams to deliver customer-centric CPaaS and telecom solutions while contributing to business growth and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise customers and internal sales teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Qualify opportunities through solution discussions and technical feasibility assessments.
- Design and propose tailored CPaaS and telecom solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and technical workshops for customers and partners.
- Prepare solution documents, technical proposals, Scopes of Work (SOW), and requirement specifications.
- Work closely with the Product and Development teams to translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including RFP/RFI responses and technical clarifications.
- Act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and solution delivery.
- Coordinate with Service Delivery and Customer Onboarding teams to facilitate successful implementation and customer transition.
- Gather market feedback and customer requirements to support product enhancements and new feature development.
- Conduct product training and knowledge sessions for internal sales teams and channel partners.
- Contribute towards assigned business and revenue targets by enabling successful opportunity conversion and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- MBA/PGDM or MCA will be an added advantage, particularly with specialization in Marketing, Technology Management, or Business Strategy.
Experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Business Solutions within CPaaS, Telecom, SaaS, IT, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology domains.
- Experience in customer-facing technical discussions and consultative solution selling will be preferred.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to APIs, cloud communications, messaging, voice solutions, or digital communication platforms will be an added advantage.
