Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes for museums, memorials, government offices, and heritage buildings
- Prepare detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, joinery details, and finish schedules in AutoCAD and SketchUp (or equivalent)
- Produce 3D visualizations and renders for client presentations and government approvals
- Build and manage BOQs for interior works — civil, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, paint, lighting, signage, and FF&E
- Source and evaluate materials, fixtures, fabrics, and vendors; coordinate with our Purchase Manager for procurement
- Supervise site execution: snag lists, sample approvals, mock-ups, and quality checks against drawings
- Coordinate with curators, content designers, AV/multimedia vendors, and lighting consultants on museum projects
- Adapt designs to heritage and conservation constraints where applicable (PWD / CPWD / ASI norms)
- Maintain a structured drawing register and revision log for each project
Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
