Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil/Site Engineer to oversee the construction of a luxury G+1 residential house. The ideal candidate should preferably be based in Palakkad, Kerala, or nearby, and be available for regular site visits.
This is a fixed-term contract for an initial period of one month, with the possibility of extension up to six months based on performance and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all construction activities on site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
Verify dimensions, alignment, and quality before each stage of construction.
Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and suppliers.
Monitor workmanship, material quality, and adherence to engineering standards.
Identify potential structural or construction issues and recommend solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide regular progress reports and technical advice to the owner.
Review any design modifications and ensure they are structurally sound.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience supervising residential house construction.
Strong knowledge of RCC, foundations, masonry, concrete, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Honest, transparent, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Candidate: Engineers residing in or around Palakkad, Kerala, who can visit the site regularly and ensure high construction quality from foundation to completion. The engineer should act in the owner's best interest, ensuring transparency, quality control, and timely execution throughout the project.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
