About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, following up with potential clients, explaining our interior design services, and scheduling meetings for the sales/design team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
- Explain company services and ongoing offers clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the design team.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Training & Support
- Complete knowledge transfer and training will be provided by the company.
- Candidates will be guided on communication process, customer handling, and company services.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply as proper support and onboarding will be provided.
