Position: Kitchen Supervisor
Location: Kasaragod, Hydrabad and Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in F&B industry
Duty Time: 11 Hours

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff activities.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Monitor food preparation and production process.
- Maintain discipline and proper workflow inside the kitchen.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with store/purchase team.
- Ensure kitchen staff wear proper uniform, apron, hairnet, and gloves.
- Reduce food wastage and maintain cost control.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
- Follow company safety and hygiene policies.
Skills Required
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to handle kitchen operations efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined attitude.
- Ability to manage shifts and kitchen operations smoothly.
