Job Description: Business Analyst (AI-Enabled Product & Digital Transformation)
We are looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis fundamentals, experience in enterprise software products, and hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and process automation initiatives.
The role requires gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions, driving product enhancements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and leveraging AI technologies to create business value.
Core Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience working on AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, or AI-assisted business solutions.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process mapping, and solution design.
- Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Product Development methodologies.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineering Teams, and QA teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to evaluate AI opportunities and translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT activities.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Product & Solution Design
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product roadmaps and feature requirements.
- Analyze customer pain points and recommend scalable solutions.
- Support prioritization using business impact, effort, and strategic value.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
