Leader Operations - Interior Fitouts
Job Description:
Position Overview: This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of interior fitout projects. This role involves coordinating various teams, resources, and processes to ensure the successful execution of projects within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Operations Head will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and monitor interior fitout projects from inception to completion.
· Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these parameters.
· Allocate resources effectively and manage project teams, including designers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Implement project management best practices to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
· Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, designers, site supervisors, and support staff.
· Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
· Mentor and develop team members, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Client Relationship Management:
· Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
· Address client concerns, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships throughout projects.
· Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing any changes or deviations from the original plan.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
· Ensure that all interior fitout projects meet industry standards and regulations.
· Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and finishes.
· Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify any issues that may affect project quality or timeline.
- Budget and Cost Management:
· Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects are completed within budget.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on project quality.
· Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and clients as needed.
- Vendor and Supplier Management:
· Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
· Monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
· Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on project sites to ensure the well-being of all personnel.
· Stay informed about industry best practices and regulations related to workplace safety.
· Identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement in project execution.
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in project life cycle management, preferably within the interior fitouts industry commercial and residential projects.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Sound knowledge of interior fitout techniques, materials, and construction methods.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
