Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager with strong knowledge of the 2D and 3D architectural visualization pipeline. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal creative/production teams, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with international and domestic clients.
- Understand client briefs, requirements, feedback, and expectations, and communicate them clearly to the production team.
- Coordinate with 2D artists, 3D artists, designers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Have a good understanding of 3D visualization, architectural rendering, modeling, texturing, lighting, post-production, and 2D workflows.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, revisions, and client approvals.
- Proactively identify project risks, delays, or communication gaps and resolve them effectively.
- Ensure client feedback is accurately interpreted and implemented.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, project coordination, or a similar role within ArchViz / architectural visualization / design / 3D production.
- Strong understanding of 2D and 3D production pipelines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident in communicating with clients and handling professional discussions independently.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings, visualization requirements, and creative briefs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who can speak confidently with clients, understand the technical/creative aspects of ArchViz, and effectively bridge the gap between the client and the production team.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
