Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Beverage Expert to prepare and serve a variety of beverages while ensuring excellent customer service and product quality. The candidate should have good knowledge of coffee, tea, mocktails, fresh juices, and other specialty beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Create and recommend new beverage options to enhance the menu.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of beverage preparation areas and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform management about replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverage ingredients.
- Assist customers in selecting beverages based on their preferences.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support team members during peak business hours.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in beverage preparation, café operations, restaurants, hotels, or QSR outlets.
- Knowledge of coffee, tea, mocktails, smoothies, fresh juices, and specialty beverages.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
