Qualification B.tech/ Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
To provide service and maintenance of UPS systems and Inverters as well as Installing, diagnosing and repairing existing system. This position will provide a high level of technical support to external customers while working under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Attend UPS & Battery Service calls.
- Perform hands-on UPS/Inveter troubleshooting, service and repairs.
- Batteries Series/Parallel Connections.
- Provide technical support to external customers at their location.
- Interface with cross functional work teams such as customer support/services.
- Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
- Submit Field Service Report on regular basis.
- Maintain necessary reports.
- Responsible for day-to-day assigned technical support.
Skills Required :
- Basic knowledge of industry trends within Power systems, AC/DC applications, DC to DC applications, Power Mechanical applications, Power System Applications, Configurable Power, Batteries, and other products.
- Provide on-site installation, preventive maintenance & breakdown services to customers.
To be ready to travel to any place on short notice to attend service calls and should carry a valid Driver's license.
Preferred candidate profile.
