We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a love for working with young children and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and record each child’s development and progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child performance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Support daycare routines including meals, nap time, and hygiene
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude
- Creativity in teaching methods and activities
- Classroom management skills
- Basic understanding of child psychology
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any field)
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Freshers with passion for teaching can also apply
Experience:
- 0–3 years in preschool/daycare (preferred but not mandatory)
